- We use Royal Mail for all UK orders and Air Mail for International orders. Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships within 5 working days of an order being placed. If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt. Shipment time from dispatch of your order is generally 1-2 working days for the UK, 5-7 working days for Europe and 7-14 working days for Rest of the World. The actual delivery date for international orders can vary depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties and clearance fees including any other additional charges. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We strongly recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any additional costs prior to purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

All information processed is encrypted and passed via a secure connection. We will only use your details in processing your order and will not pass these onto third parties. - Returns & Replacements
- We offer a full refund or exchange on all online purchases returned which are in an unworn, unsoiled and resaleable condition. Goods must be returned within 28 days. Please include all original packaging and tags with your return. You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery), as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will of course refund postage for any faulty items returned to us. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed.
- Ordering
- All orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is just a confirmation that we have received the order from you and is not an acceptance of your order at this stage. Once all payment checks have been made, your order will be accepted and the goods dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment checks have failed and we will contact you by email to notify you of the situation.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices quoted on the website are final. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to advise in advance of reduced priced items or reimburse you the difference after your order has been accepted. We may offer discount coupons from time to time, which cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- Viewing Orders
- If you are a registered customer, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into “My Account” using your email address and password.
- Updating Account Information
- By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and make any changes to your details as required.
